System & IT Engineer

Job Title : System & IT Engineer Experience : 36 Years We are looking for a System & IT Engineer to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our Chennai and Kochi offices. The candidate will be responsible for system administration, server management, network support, AWS cloud infrastructure, IT asset management, storage solutions, intercom systems, and end-user technical support. Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for Chennai and remote support for the Kochi branchManage and maintain servers, storage systems, and overall IT infrastructure.Administer and troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.Manage AWS cloud services and monitor cloud infrastructure.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.Manage Google Workspace (G Suite), company email services, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.Maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers and inventory records.Manage intercom, IP phone, and office communication systems.Ensure data backup, system security, antivirus protection, and disaster recovery readiness.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, server, and cloud-related issues.Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, internet services, and technical support.Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with IT security standards.Required Skills Strong knowledge of System Administration and IT Infrastructure Management.Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).Good understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, and Network Troubleshooting.Experience in server management, storage systems, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and IT asset management.Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.AWS Certification is an added advantage.Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: hr@asiaville.in Compensation: Up to 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person Job Title : System & IT Engineer Experience : 36 Years We are looking for a System & IT Engineer to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our Chennai and Kochi offices.
