Title: Business System Analyst Location: Salem, Oregon Duration: 5 months Job ID: 10228-17 Pay rate: $110 an hour on C2C

Required skills and experience:

Experience with user role based testing. Experience with authoring test management plans for users. Experience document test cases, scenarios, etc Experience creating test data to support test cases, scenarios, etc. Experience managing with defect management with non specific tools. Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel and Word. Communication with non technical testers for validation of bugs/defects.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and eight years or more of equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Project is currently underway, and is in transition between Planning and Execution phases. A Systems Integrator will be contracted to support the execution phase. Implementation is planned in a phased approach. This contract will be utilized during phase I which currently plans for a pilot on 12/04/17
