Software Engineering Manager (.NET & Angular)-Only from product based company Location: Bangalore Experience: 10-15 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular, .NET, Azure Cloud , and engineering leadership, with a passion for building modern, cloud-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers. Drive application design, development, and delivery using Angular and .NET technologies. Build scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure . Oversee REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application architecture. Implement CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure successful project delivery. Drive technical excellence, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. Required Skills 10+ years of Software Engineering experience with 3+ years in Engineering Management . Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS . Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 8, Web API . Experience with Microsoft Azure , cloud-native development, and CI/CD. Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server , and Software Architecture. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
