About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person visits. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets). Perform routine maintenance tasks including patch management, antivirus updates, disk space monitoring, etc. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
