About the role
Provide technical support to international customer-Voice, Email & Chat. Manage customer cases from start to resolution within SLA timelines Ensure qualified, accurate & timely communication Exp with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is preferred Required Candidate profile Rotational (247) comfortable with night shift No pick-up & drop facility provided Candidates must arrange their own transport Up to 10 LPA -Based on exp& interview performance only MALE Candidates Provide technical support to international customer-Voice, Email & Chat.
