Autocad Drafter

As a Junior Draftsperson Architectural and Interior Design (GFC & Technical Drawings) at our studio in Dwarka, New Delhi, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality GFC drawings, joinery details, ceiling layouts, and interior working drawings for ultra-high-end hospitality projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting sites for measurements - Preparing detailed GFC drawings, floor plans, electrical/lighting layouts, HVAC coordination, RCPs, furniture layouts, joinery and millwork drawings - Converting conceptual designs and sketches into precise technical drawings - Creating detailed wall elevations, ceiling sections, ceiling mouldings, wall panelling details, and site-specific design solutions - Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and buildability in all drawing sets - Managing drawing sets, revisions, layer management, line weights, title blocks, legends, and sheet formatting - Collaborating with the design team to provide technical inputs and resolve on-site discrepancies Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Bachelors in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Drafting, or related field - 2-3 years of experience in drafting for high-end hospitality/residential/commercial interiors - Strong command of AutoCAD is mandatory, knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus - Understanding of materials, joinery, construction details, and interior construction standards - Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines - Ability to interpret design intent clearly and convert it into technically feasible drawings - Organised, disciplined, and capable of multitasking across multiple projects - Strong communication skills for coordination with other involved agencies About Aspire Designs: Aspire Designs is an Architecture, Interior & Landscape Design-Build Studio founded in 2008 by Architects Satya Saxena and Annu Saxena.
