About the role
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. Assist in user onboarding and setup of IT equipment and accounts. Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and security. Collaborate with IT team members on projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and network enhancements. Conduct research on new technologies and provide recommendations for process improvements. Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Support IT inventory management and asset tracking. Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the IT team. Requirements : Currently pursuing a degree/diploma/ITI in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and contribute to IT projects. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
