Business Analyst, Business Analysis (Kochi)

Roles and Responsibilities: l Working closely with our customers, industry experts, product managers, and engineers to understand the business processes at a detailed level. l Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud Implementations. l Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and team members. l Conduct thorough analysis of business needs, gather requirements from stakeholders, and document them accurately. l Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts to design solutions that address business requirements and align with project goals. l Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing processes, identify pain points, and recommend effective solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. l Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements l gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon. l Participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts. l Documentation - BRS, SRS, FSD, Prototypes Author user story, acceptance criteria, and user scenarios to describe product requirements for the engineering team. l Have experience in planning/running workshops for requirement discovery, requirement elicitation and as-is state due diligence. l Provide user training on recent features and functionality. l Work Closely with Product Owners or work as Product Owner if required.
