Java -Technical Lead

Job Location:chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Kochi Notice : Immediate to 30 days Lead end-to-end design and delivery of full stack features spanning Java microservices backends and React single-page application frontends. Expert in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Expert in React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and SPAs. Define and govern technical architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security across all system layers. Provide deep hands-on technical guidance to squad members across backend (Spring Boot, microservices), frontend (React, Redux), and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) disciplines. Conduct design and code reviews, enforce coding standards, and continuously drive quality improvement across the team. Own and optimize database design across relational (Oracle/PL-SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) stores, including query performance tuning. Architect and operate real-time, event-driven workloads using WebSockets, messaging queues, and caching solutions. Drive infrastructure decisions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), including performance optimization and security hardening. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; identify skill gaps and enable growth through structured technical coaching. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and distributed multicultural teams to translate requirements into executable delivery plans. Take full ownership of technical deliverables and drive issues to closure with strong organizational discipline.
