Python Technical Lead

We are looking for a Python Technical Lead with strong hands on experience in Python, React, and LAMP stack technologies to lead the design and development of scalable web applications. The role involves technical ownership, architecture design, cloud integration, and mentoring teams while delivering high performance, secure solutions. Key Responsibilities Strong Technical candidate with in-depth experience in Python & React Hands on working experience in Python & React, (Django / Flask) Knowledge in PHP (Symfony / Laravel) is an added advantage. Knowledge in Cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required Strong knowledge and working experience in using ORM, REST API, Caching, performance optimization is required Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Highly organized and self-motivated Strong knowledge of RDBMS & OOPS is required. Good knowledge in standards, design patterns are required Any certifications or technical writing done on the related technologies is a value add
