The role involves guiding development teams, ensuring best practices in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, and driving successful execution aligned with customer and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strong Technical candidate with in-depth experience in MERN Stack Hands on working experience in NodeJS (Express / Loopback / Hapi JS) Strong knowledge and working experience in using ORM, REST API, Caching, performance optimization is required Knowledge in Cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Highly organized and self-motivated Strong knowledge of RDBMS OOPS is required.
