We are hiring for a QA Automation Engineer with one of our FinTech Product-based clients based in Panchkula IT Park. Position Details Interview Date : 20 July,2026 Interview Time:10 AM to 4 PM Share Cv at hr@talentaspire.com Role: QA Automation Engineer Experience: 0-3 Years Location: Panchkula IT Park Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days) Eligibility: B.Tech (Mandatory) Minimum 70% throughout in 10th, 12th, and B.Tech Candidates meeting the academic criteria will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to understand expected software behavior. Design, write, and maintain comprehensive manual and automation test cases. Execute functional, UI, regression, and integration testing. Perform automation testing using Selenium and contribute to automation framework development. Execute API Testing using Postman and validate JSON responses. Write and execute SQL and basic NoSQL queries for data validation. Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA. Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and QA teams. Re-test fixes and validate defect resolutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Maintain detailed test documentation and reports. Follow SDLC, STLC, and software quality best practices. Required Skills (Must Have) 58 years of QA Automation experience. Strong automation experience with Selenium WebDriver. Advanced Core Java concepts. Strong understanding of Automation Framework Architecture. Excellent knowledge of SDLC and STLC. Strong API Testing experience using Postman or similar tools. Hands-on experience writing SQL queries. Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Test Case Design and Defect Management. Experience with JIRA. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills.
