As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Trainee at ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to building end-to-end process automation solutions using RPA and modern development models. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to deliver high-quality automation experiences. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Provide guidance with process design. - Design, develop, and test automation workflows. - Deploy RPA components such as bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools. - Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. - Create and maintain process and end-user documentation. - Ensure quality assurance of the automation through QA processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful projects. - Capture business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs. - Work with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of solutions. - Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues. - Stay updated on relevant technologies and business processes. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Basic knowledge in programming, SQL, relational databases, and application development (Python, Java, or .Net). - Understanding of Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, business and technical requirements, and System(s) Testing. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn new technologies.
