Intermediate Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Intermediate Technical Qaulity Assurance (QA) Tester - India Intermediate Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Tester We are seeking an Intermediate Technical QA Tester with strong expertise in test automation, API testing, and database testing. The role involves both manual and automated testing across complex enterprise applications (Yardi, MRI, Concur, Integrations, and similar systems). The ideal candidate will have experience designing test strategies, executing test plans, and driving quality improvements across the SDLC. Exposure to nonfunctional testing and data migration testing will be considered a strong advantage. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for enterprise applications (Yardi, MRI, Concur, Integrations, etc.). Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing based on project plans and business requirements. Write and maintain test scripts, test case repositories, and QA documentation. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps/Jira. Perform database testing using SQL for data validation and backend integrity checks. Prepare test execution reports, defect dashboards, and signoff documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Requirements Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 37 years in QA testing roles. Strong handson experience with Test Automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Proficiency in API Testing (REST/SOAP). Expertise in Database Testing using SQL. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle management. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure DevOps). Detailoriented, analytical, and proactive mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Open to learning new tools, frameworks, and domains. Desired Skills: Data Migration Testing: Validating mapping, reconciliation, and data integrity. Knowledge of ERP/financial/realestate systems (Yardi, MRI, Concur, SAP). Familiarity with ETL testing and middleware integrations. Education: UG / PG Computer Engineering / Degree in Computer Science or any related specialization. Location: Pune, India. Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid (based on Company/Project requirements).
