About the role
Role & responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage Building Management System (BMS) projects from initiation to commissioning. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution. Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements. Design, configure, and integrate BMS solutions with HVAC, Lighting, Fire Alarm, and Security systems. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Program and configure BMS controllers and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.). Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and deliverables. Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, and handover documents. Provide technical support and training to end users and facility teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field. 35 years of experience in BMS, Building Automation, or HVAC Controls projects. Hands-on experience with Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar BMS platforms. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control logic, and system integration. Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other communication protocols. Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic networking concepts. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
