As a Technology Implementation Manager at Assurant-GCC in India, your role involves successfully implementing existing capabilities and onboarding new clients onto the Connected Living Systems. You will be responsible for gathering high-level requirements, defining necessary capabilities and features, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful client implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business objectives into a set of capabilities and features for implementation - Perform ad-hoc Gap Analysis and solutioning to address implementation challenges - Create and maintain a client-focused IT delivery plan, managing associated issues and risks - Coordinate production implementation efforts with cross-functional teams - Work closely with Technical Product Owners or Directors to manage delivery timelines - Support RFP/RFI responses to prospects - Ensure all client initiatives and IT services meet legal, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements - Resolve complex, non-routine problems and issues - Build relationships with associates and business partners - Mentor Associate Implementation Managers - Administer and oversee implementation budget and costs Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years in management or leading teams - Minimum 10 years in business analysis/PM equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Sciences, Computer Science, or related field - Knowledge of various applications including mainframe, databases, web-based systems, Microsoft suite, and ETL tools - Experience using Azure DevOps - Fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese The company also encourages professional development, effective communication, and process improvement. Knowledge of insurance business, experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, and certifications in relevant areas are preferred.
