Roles and Responsibilities Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Manage construction projects from planning to execution, including site supervision and monitoring. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes. Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget constraints. Autocad / Proficiency Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
