About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Prepare design calculations for bridges, including static, fatigue, and seismic analysis. Conduct site visits to inspect existing bridges and identify potential issues. Develop detailed designs for railway bridges using software such as STAAD Pro or Metro Bridge Designer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines. Provide technical support during construction phases to resolve any design-related issues. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Indian codes and regulations related to bridges and highways. Proficiency in STAAD Pro or Metro Bridge Designer software; knowledge of other relevant software an asset. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.). 5-10 years of experience in bridge design engineering, preferably in railways or metro projects.
