DGM General Manager Ports

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 15 to 20 years of experience to lead our team as a General Manager Ports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in port infrastructure development, engineering management, and business leadership. Roles and Responsibility Define and execute the design and engineering strategy for port infrastructure projects. Manage P&L for the design and engineering vertical, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency. Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across geotechnical, structural, marine, and utilities disciplines. Oversee integration of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and marine systems into holistic designs. Ensure compliance with international codes and standards. Drive digital transformation to enhance design efficiency and quality. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of port infrastructure development, engineering management, and business leadership. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, safe, and innovative engineering solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing financial performance and ensuring profitability. Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma degree.
