DGM/GM Detailed Design/Engineering

Role Summary:The Head of Engineering will lead the detailed design function for water infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality technical delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance This role combines engineering leadership with commercial oversight, including responsibility for project PL, invoicing, and client interaction Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee detailed engineering design activities for water and wastewater projects Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications Manage project PL, drive profitability, and support budget planning and control Oversee project invoicing cycles and ensure accurate and timely billing Act as primary engineering contact for key clients; maintain strong working relationships Support proposal development and resource planning for upcoming opportunities Mentor and develop engineering teams across multiple project locations
