About the role
Receiving Inputs of Detailing from Design Engineers Preparation of detail drawings for structure and foundation for all buildings and equipment Documentation of records for all the projects as per Quality Adherence to checklist of Drawings for Review purpose Submission of Drawings to design Engineer for review Corrections and Comments updated from Site Inputs Preparing BOQ and material with respect to design Inputs Preparation of pre-casting yard layout, PCC Pole mould layout Experience : 3-5 years, (Preferable experience in Detailing of Civil and Structural Works in Substation, Power Plants construction Industry, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer Industry, Refineries) Technical Expertise: The Draughtsperson shall be capable of preparation of drawings of structural elements, equipment structures (Pole structures), covering GIS substation / control room buildings, GIS Buildings (RCC & Steel), transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, guard house, staff quarters, grading, roads and drainage, cable trench, outdoor steel structures and miscellaneous works related to the substations and cabling works Draughtsperson shall be able to review Vendor engineering drawings (layouts, fabrication drawings) with respect to Civil & Structural Knowledge of switchyard gantry towers, equipment supporting structures & foundations Familiarization with Detailed engineering of pre-engineered buildings Operating Network: Internally: Design Engineers, Leads, proposal team Externally: Vendors Sensitivity: LNT Construction Internal Use Key Value Drivers On Time Delivery Quality Control No of Deliverables Standardization Innovation Learning & Growth Upgradation to BIM Platform towards Digitalisation initiatives Software Skills Required: Proficiency in AUTOCAD (2D drawings), TEKLA (Structural 3D modelling) and REVITT (BIM) Behavioural Attributes: As defined in the DC competencies for the respective Tier Market Insight o Market Foresight o Leveraging Opportunities Customer at Core o Sustainable Partnership o Anticipating Needs o Customer Centricity Disruptive Innovation o Challenge Traditional Approaches o Generate Innovative Solutions o Take Calculated Risks Collaborate and Influence o Internal Stakeholders o External Stakeholders
