Role Overview: You will be responsible for fully supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading the branches' network in coordination with the HQ. Keeping an eye out for necessary updates, supporting and administering all third-party network-related applications, ensuring network security, and connectivity in coordination with HQ will also be part of your role. Monitoring network performance and testing for weaknesses, resolving problems reported by the local Level 2 Support Team, defining network policies and procedures, specifying system requirements, and designing solutions in coordination with HQ are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, managing all contract aspects with network-related suppliers and preparing and presenting a monthly network/security report to the HQ will be part of your duties.
