Role Overview: You will be responsible for fully supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading the branches' network in coordination with the HQ. Keeping an eye out for necessary updates, supporting and administering all third-party network-related applications, ensuring network security, and connectivity in coordination with HQ will also be part of your role. Monitoring network performance and testing for weaknesses, resolving problems reported by the local Level 2 Support Team, defining network policies and procedures, specifying system requirements, and designing solutions in coordination with HQ are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, managing all contract aspects with network-related suppliers and preparing and presenting a monthly network/security report to the HQ will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade branches' network in coordination with HQ - Keep an eye out for needed updates in coordination with HQ - Support and administer all third-party network-related applications - Ensure network security and connectivity in coordination with HQ - Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses - Resolve problems reported by the local Level 2 Support Team - Define network policies and procedures in coordination with HQ - Specify system requirements and design solutions in coordination with HQ - Manage all contract aspects with network-related suppliers - Prepare and present a monthly network/security report to the HQ Qualifications: - CCNA certification is mandatory - CCNP certification is optional - Minimum 6 years of experience required - Experience in Azure networking, Cisco environments, and Fortinet solutions, especially firewalls - Proven experience in a network administrator role - Hands-on experience in networking, routing, firewalling, and switching - Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure - Experience with firewalls, switches, IPSEC, and SSLVPN implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Ability to set up and configure network environments from scratch - Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills - Information security and operationally oriented mindset - Team spirit, customer focus, autonomy, and self-organization - Strong analysis and synthesis skills, drafting quality, and effective communication in English We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote diversity within our company.
