About the role
Key Responsibilities Debug and resolve field issues related to RAN systems and satellite network integration. Guide and support testing teams during validation and deployment phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define upcoming solutions for SAT network architecture. Participate in system-level design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Provide technical leadership in RF and lower-layer protocol analysis. Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a System Engineer and at least 5 years in the telecommunications industry. Deep familiarity and understanding of Cellular standards: 4G and/or 5G Preferred Qualifications: Experience with satellite communication systems. Familiarity with advanced RAN optimization techniques. Certifications in cellular technologies or RF engineering. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities under tight deadlines. Technology Stack: Cellular standards: 4G/5G System engineering and design tools RF analysis tools Lower-layer protocol understanding Physical Requirements Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods. Occasional travel may be required for field testing and integration support.
