As a Data Analysis Lead at our company, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data from satellite systems into actionable intelligence for various space applications. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of data analysts, developing advanced analytical models, and effectively communicating key findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of data analysis strategies for space-related projects, including satellite imagery, telemetry, and sensor data. - Develop and maintain robust data processing and analysis pipelines to handle large-scale, high-velocity datasets from space assets. - Apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and AI algorithms to extract meaningful insights and patterns from complex data. - Oversee the generation of detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present analysis results clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Serve as the primary point of contact for data analysis, collaborating closely with engineering, ground segment, and mission operations teams. - Mentor and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (7 years) in large-scale data analysis, ideally in space applications, remote sensing, or other advanced technology domains. - Mastery of C and Python, with strong experience in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). - Expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and UI/front-end development. - Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Strong track record of building solutions from scratch and delivering under tight timelines. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field is preferred.
