Your expertise in .NET Core, MVC, C#, SQL, WebAPI, and Dependency Injection will be crucial in leading a team through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving technical discussions, design reviews, and best practices in coding and architecture. - Architect, design, and implement backend solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and WebAPI. - Develop scalable, efficient, and secure APIs and microservices with clear separation of concerns. - Apply Dependency Injection, SOLID principles, and design patterns for maintainable code. - Work closely with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases. - Ensure high code quality with strong unit testing, automated testing, and code reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize performance and database interactions. - Participate in SDLC practices, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications Required: - 7-15 years of professional software development experience with a strong hands-on background in .NET technologies. - Expertise in C#, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core), MVC, WebAPI (RESTful services). - Solid experience in SQL Server (schema, queries, performance tuning). - Strong understanding and practical experience with Dependency Injection frameworks and patterns. - Familiarity with modern development best practices (SOLID, TDD, CI/CD). - Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
