SAP BI / SAP Datasphere Developer (India)

We are looking for an experienced SAP BI / SAP Datasphere Developer to design and develop enterprise analytics solutions supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Experience: 58 Years Work Mode: Remote Shift: IST Shift Job Summary The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to build scalable, governed, and high-performance analytics solutions. The role requires robust expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data models, enterprise reporting, semantic modelling, and data integration. The candidate should also understand end-to-end Consumer Packaged Goods business processes across sales, inventory, procurement, billing, and supply chain. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop enterprise analytics solutions for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. - Gather and analyse reporting and analytics requirements from business stakeholders. - Understand end-to-end CPG business processes, including: - Order-to-Cash - Sales and Order Management - Billing and Invoicing - Inventory Management - Procurement - Supply Chain - Analyse SAP ECC data models, tables, master data, and transactional data. - Map legacy SAP ECC data structures to SAP S/4HANA data models. - Support data and analytics requirements during ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation initiatives. - Develop and optimise SAP Datasphere data models, views, transformations, and semantic layers. - Integrate historical SAP ECC data with transactional and master data from SAP S/4HANA. - Build unified data models for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics. - Develop reusable and governed analytical datasets. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reconciliation, and completeness across source systems. - Optimise data models and queries for performance and scalability. - Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, data architects, BI developers, and business teams. - Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, documentation, and production activities. - Follow data governance, security, and enterprise reporting standards. Mandatory Skills - 58 years of relevant SAP BI, data warehousing, or analytics experience. - Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere. - Experience developing: - Data models - Views - Transformations - Analytical and semantic models - Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures. - Experience mapping SAP ECC data models to SAP S/4HANA. - Experience integrating historical ECC data with S/4HANA transactional and master data. - Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting and analytics concepts. - Good understanding of CPG business processes. - Strong SQL and data-modelling skills. - Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and performance optimisation. - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA. - Knowledge of SAP CDS Views. - Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud. - Understanding of SAP HANA modelling. - Experience supporting ECC-to-S/4HANA migration or transformation programs. - Knowledge of dimensional modelling and semantic-layer design. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Educational Qualification Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
