About the role
Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Engineer PED to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and troubleshooting control systems, low-cost automation solutions, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). The ideal candidate possesses a strong command over machine electrical systems, PLC programming, sensor integration, and electro-pneumatic/hydraulic controls. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Systems & Machine Wiring: Master the installation, wiring, and technical diagnostics of electrical elements across CNC and PLC-controlled industrial machinery. Sensor Integration & Interfacing: Select, apply, and interface various industrial sensors (e.g., inductive, capacitive, optical, encoders) with control units to ensure seamless operational feedback and automation accuracy. PLC Programming & Parameter Tuning: Program, debug, and read/modify PLC parameters and functional logic to meet specific operational and machine execution requirements. Fluid Power & Electrical Integration: Design and integrate electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic circuits to interface fluid power systems smoothly with electrical control panels. Automation & SPM Development: Conceptualize, build, and deploy low-cost automation (LCA) setups and customized Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) to enhance production efficiency and cycle times. Key Technical Skills Required: Strong expertise in PLC Programming & industrial automation logic. In-depth knowledge of CNC/PLC machine electrical schematics & control wiring . Hands-on experience with Sensors, Actuators, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics . Ability to design and execute Low-Cost Automation (LCA) and SPM projects .
