Role Title- Business Analyst Location- Magarpatta, Pune POC- Vaibhavi Pande @ +91 9766396717 Job Summary: As a Business Analyst, s/he will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. s/he will collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate system capabilities, and ensure smooth communication between end-users and developers. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements. System Evaluation: Evaluate system functionalities and provide insights for improvements. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements specifications. Business Implications: Analyse business implications of proposed changes. Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between our company and third-party vendors. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization. Facilitate UAT: Act as a facilitator for UAT between business and technology teams. Key Skills and Qualifications: Domain Knowledge in logistics, SCM areas. Bachelors/masters degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field. 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in agile methodologies and scrum master roles. Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM system would be a plus. CSPO, CSM certifications would be preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication.
