Architectural 2D/3D Draftsman

As an Architectural Draftsman at Atelier Astil, your main role will be to produce detailed and accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for architectural and construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to translate concepts into technical drawings, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software. - Modifying and revising drawings as requested by architects or project managers. - Coordinating with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants as needed. - Maintaining organized drawing files and ensuring proper documentation. - Assisting in developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations when required. - Keeping up to date with changes in design trends, construction methods, and CAD technologies. - Preparing Floor Plans and detailed furniture drawings. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (Bachelors degree preferred). - 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other architectural software. - Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and codes. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
