Role & responsibilities Please Note - Interview will be F2F @ Chennai on Sat 1st Aug'26. Only Available candidates apply here. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Catalog Items. Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Knowledge Base, and Service Portal. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Participate in platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release management. Create technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge articles. Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and Agile methodologies. Required Skills Robust experience with ServiceNow platform development. Hands-on experience with: ITSM Service Catalog Flow Designer Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies/UI Actions ACLs Update Sets Service Portal Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. .
