About the role
As a UX Designer in our Mobile Zone team based in Pune, India, you will be responsible for designing experiences that help clinicians efficiently complete critical work with clarity and confidence. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to shape interactions across mobile and web workflows, focusing on improving user experience and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Define strong problem statements, success metrics, and design hypotheses to evaluate solutions. - Conduct user research to de-risk possible solutions and translate user needs into clear design directions. - Create prototypes, journey flows, and artifacts communicating design intent clearly. - Design elegant interactions for clinician workflows on mobile and web platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine solutions and adapt design recommendations based on feedback. - Participate in design reviews, usability validation, and iteration cycles to enhance experience quality. - Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate design workflows while applying human judgment for clinician-facing experiences. Additional Responsibilities: - Support design operations to improve consistency and quality across projects. - Contribute to design systems by identifying reusable patterns and standardization opportunities. - Document design decisions and assumptions for cross-functional visibility. - Participate in planning discussions and knowledge-sharing for other designers. - Align product content and microcopy to enhance clarity and usability. - Explore emerging interaction patterns and technologies to improve clinician workflows. - Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain alignment through design execution. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in UX Design or related field, with 3 to 8 years of experience in UX/product design. - Proficiency in designing for digital products, mobile and/or web applications. - Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar software. - Ability to communicate design rationale clearly in written and verbal formats.
