Senior SharePoint Developer (COE)

Overview We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer who can join our team immediately or within 30 days. This is a fully remote position. LOCATION Mumbai EXPERIENCE 3 - 8 years FUNCTIONAL AREA Development Key Responsibilities 5 + years in Power Platform (admin + delivery); proven CoE governance experience in large enterprises (10K+ users). Hands-on CoE Starter Kit implementation and operations (install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade). Strong ALM experience: Solutions, managed/unmanaged strategy, pipelines, environment variables, connection references. Governance & security knowledge: DLP policies, connector strategy, tenant settings, auditing, and compliance alignment. Operational excellence: monitoring/alerting, incident response, runbooks, and performance/capacity management. Nice to have Experience operating in FMCG / manufacturing / supply chain / quality business processes. Experience with enterprise compliance programs (data classification/retention) and audit evidence preparation. Experience migrating/rewriting from Google AppSheet / scripts into Power Platform.
