AI Engineer

An AI Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying AI models and algorithms to improve decision-making, automate processes, and enhance products and services. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and improve them based on feedback, new data, and evolving business requirements. Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and research in AI and machine learning and propose innovative solutions to solve problems. Collaboration: Work with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to design AI-driven solutions that align with business goals. Documentation & Reporting: Document methodologies, results, and processes and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, Java, or C++. Expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, neural networks, and NLP techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools for AI deployment. Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML roles, including model development, deployment, and optimization.
