About the role
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI),OCI,or ETL tools. Oracle certifications in Analytics,Cloud Infrastructure,or Data. Experience working within ServiceNow and Azure DevOps plus a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices,including Incident,Problem,Change,and Service Request Management Experience with Oracle OTBI,BIP,ECC,Blitz,or legacy operational reporting tools.
