Product Designer

As a Product Designer (UI) at Atlantis, you play a crucial role in crafting experiences to solve everyday problems faced by individuals. Your design work goes beyond just creating great products; it is a means to offer assistance, provide new opportunities, and envision the future of financial interactions. You will be involved in gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and developing navigation components to create functional and visually appealing features that cater to our consumers/clients' needs and contribute to expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Design Websites (using Webflow/Figma) and Design Products (UX, UI) - Rapidly ideate and validate designs through sketches, prototypes, and testing - Determine information architecture and flows for product features - Create high-fidelity visuals, UI mockups, prototypes, and specifications - Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Create original graphic designs/illustrations such as images, sketches, and tables - Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems like responsiveness - Assist in maintaining the design system and advocating for scalable design solutions Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of proven work experience as a UI Designer in an individual contributor role on a Product Design team - An outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interaction, and visual/user interface design - Proficiency in creating Zeplin files for front-end engineers - Familiarity with wireframing tools like Wireframe.cc, InVision, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent - Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe XD and Photoshop - Experience in collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment - Experience in validating design decisions through user/usability research - Track record of shipping high-quality product experiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field Join Atlantis as a Product Designer (UI) and be part of a team that values design excellence and innovation in creating solutions that redefine people's relationship with money.
