Role Overview: As the Comprehensive Governance & Standards Execution lead, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement tenant-wide governance frameworks for Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. You will ensure uniformity and integrity by covering environment strategy, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and compliance to non-functional requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for strategic capacity planning, storage utilization, license management, and supporting technological rollouts and new initiatives. Your role also involves fostering a knowledge-sharing culture and contributing to the Center of Excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement tenant-wide governance frameworks for Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms - Ensure uniformity and integrity by covering environment strategy, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and compliance to non-functional requirements - Lead strategic capacity planning, storage utilization, and license management - Support technological rollouts and new initiatives by validating platform readiness and enforcing standards - Foster a knowledge-sharing culture and lead skill development sessions - Contribute to the Center of Excellence by influencing operational standards and guiding innovation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent industry experience - Extensive hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain domains - Strong proficiency in system administration, platform operation, and environment lifecycle management within complex enterprise settings - Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and application lifecycle strategies applied to Dynamics 365 solutions - Familiarity with application integration methodologies, including APIs, middleware, and data interoperability standards - Understanding of enterprise security frameworks with the ability to manage access controls and ensure compliance Additional Company Details: Atlas Copco offers a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture emphasizing teamwork, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
