About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 58 years of hands-on experience in commercial building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of commercial building projects Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per design and standards Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Prepare reports on project status, site progress, and material usage Handle procurement planning and material management Ensure proper documentation and approvals at all project stages Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE Civil) 58 years of experience in commercial construction projects Required Skills Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Experience in site execution and project coordination Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Good communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in handling large-scale commercial projects Knowledge of project management tools like Primavera/MS Project Familiarity with safety and quality standards (ISO, etc.) Key Attributes Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with leadership capabilities Compensation: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 58 years of hands-on experience in commercial building construction.
