We are looking for a talented ENG.PRODUCT ENGINEER to join our team specializing in Engineering for our CORPORATE ORGANIZATION in Pune MH

Experience: - 2 - 5 Years

Responsibilities

• To be successful in this role you will need the following

• Use Creo as an engineering tool in the layout and modeling of Filtration components

• Derive configuration and performance results that meet APC-APD projects.

• Perform static and kinematic machine design calculations as appropriate.

• Use established software tools in the design and analysis of components and sub-systems.

• Define DVP&R plan for the product validation

• Lead design reviews, FMEA, DQR, and C. of C. work per procedures.

• Better use of Six sigma tools to improve the process and product design.

• Perform benchmarking activities, 3D scanning and testing as per requirements.

• Prepare technical reports and documentation.

• Develop and manage Individual Work Plans in conjunction with manager

• Education/Experience: -

• M. Tech Preferred

• To be successful in this role you will need the following

• Hands on experience of 3D CAD modeling tools, Proficiency in CREO, Windchill is preferred.

• Experience in design of Liquid & Air Filtration System

• Capability to understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance per ANSI Y14.5 or equivalent.

• Must be knowledgeable in the various manufacturing processes used on diesel engine components and related subsystems including injection molding, stamping, castings, and forgings.

• Must be able to interpret outcome of ALD analysis & DVP&R test results.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Must have good planning skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in technical organization leading small to medium team is beneficial.

• Understanding of IP decoding.
