Key Skills & Experience

Strong hands‑on experience in Core Mainframe technologies : COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC

Proven experience in both Batch and Online processing environments

Experience working on mainframe re‑hosting / migration projects to Raincode / Micro Focus platforms

Hands‑on expertise with Raincode for code changes, compilation, debugging, and unit testing (Batch & Online)

Ability to perform impact analysis and understand technical designs

Experience working on enhancement projects with good understanding of SDLC

Experience in SIT/UAT defect analysis and fixes

Awareness of Agile methodologies

Good to Have

IMS DB/DC, Easytrieve, Assembler, Datacom

REXX and CLIST

Telecom domain experience

Professional Competencies

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
