Dot Net Technical Support

As a .NET Lead-Developer at Eviden, part of the Atos Group, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven, trusted, and sustainable digital transformation. With your expertise in .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and support levels L1/L2/L3, you will lead and mentor a project working on a 247 model. Your familiarity with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design patterns like Model-View-Controller (MVC) will be instrumental in expanding the possibilities of data and technology. Responsibilities: - Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services with other systems - Provide guidance to team members on system support and technologies - Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues - Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) - Provide training and support to end-users on using new services - Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages - Test and deploy applications and systems - Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards - Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements - Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users - Manage competing resources and priorities - Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects - Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff - Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency - Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements - Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance - Update, implement, and maintain procedures Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a .NET Lead-Developer (More than 5 yrs. of experience) - Certified SRE and/or ITIL - Team leading and mentoring experience - Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) - Understanding of Agile methodologies - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a Support Team - Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions - Excellent documentation skills - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field At Eviden, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and a diverse team of world-class talents.
