Type of Hire Full-Time Min 7+ yrs Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink (Finder, Investigations, Alerts, Dashboards, Campaigns) Solid expertise in Windows OS and EUC troubleshooting Proven experience in proactive end point monitoring and performance analytics Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation Good understanding of ITIL-based operations (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Improvement) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Experience in large enterprise or global environments Knowledge of endpoint security, patching, or device management tools ITIL certification Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM tools Soft Skills Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders Proactive, improvement-focused mindset Team-oriented with a customer-first approach
