Job description
Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL. Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation. Be prepared to be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required. Be responsible for and govern the innovation "funnel" ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 4 multi-million € R&D projects and staff
Work with the CTO on Innovation strategy
Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs.
Prepare and publish blogs and whitepapers.
Actively engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new features requested by customers
Key Requirements
At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations.
Had responsibility for the development of offerings, go to market strategy etc.
Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI
Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - can be functional or technical or project management
Published at least 1 white paper or blog in the last 12 months
Excellent written and oral communications
Experience working with C-Suite stakeholders
