About the role
Study and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Supervise daily construction activities on site. Check line, level, alignment, and dimensions before and during construction. Monitor reinforcement (steel), formwork (shuttering), and concreting work. Ensure work follows project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. Estimate material requirements and monitor material consumption. Conduct quantity measurements and assist with billing and estimation. Resolve technical issues encountered during construction. Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule.
