Atri Senior Care is headquartered in Kolkata and serves families throughout the city with tailored services ranging from daily companionship to dementia and post-care support. As a Network Engineer at Atri Senior Care, you will be responsible for building, operating, and optimizing the IT and communication networks at our location. Your tasks will include planning and implementing network architectures, configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and WLAN infrastructures, and ensuring stable, secure connectivity for all departments. Monitoring network performance, analyzing and resolving disruptions, performing updates, and documenting the infrastructure will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure a highly available, secure IT environment for our care and administrative processes. This position is full-time and based on-site in New Delhi. Qualifications: - Proficient skills in network administration and network engineering, including configuration, operation, and maintenance of routers, switches, and WLAN components. - Experience in network design, such as planning LAN/WLAN structures, network segmentation, and scaling existing infrastructures. - Strong abilities in fault analysis and troubleshooting network problems, including monitoring tools and protocol analysis. - Good knowledge in network security, including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, access controls, and basic understanding of common security standards. - Completed relevant education or degree in the IT/networking field or comparable professional experience; ideally with certifications (e.g., CCNA or equivalent), basic knowledge in VoIP and cloud services, meticulous and structured work approach, and teamwork skills.
