As the Head of Technology at the leading NGO, your role will involve: - Leading the organisation's technology vision, digital transformation strategy, and technology roadmap to support inclusion, impact, and scale. - Designing and implementing a unified technology ecosystem that integrates programmes, HR, finance, monitoring, and reporting systems. - Driving the development of scalable digital platforms to support programme delivery, data management, and expansion across geographies. - Establishing a robust data infrastructure, governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision making. - Streamlining organisational workflows through process digitisation, automation, and technology-enabled operational efficiency. - Collaborating closely with programme, MEL, HR, and finance teams to develop technology solutions aligned with organisational needs. - Leading technology adoption, change management, user training, and stakeholder enablement across the organisation. - Managing technology vendors, consultants, and external partners while ensuring quality delivery, cost optimisation, and adherence to SLAs. - Tracking technology performance metrics, system adoption, and impact while driving continuous improvement initiatives. - Advising senior leadership on technology strategy, innovation opportunities, and emerging trends relevant to the nonprofit sector.
