As an Electrical and Mechanical Project Site Supervisor, your role involves overseeing and coordinating all installation activities at the project site. Your responsibilities include: - Supervising and coordinating electrical and mechanical installation activities according to project schedule, standards, and safety guidelines. - Developing site-specific work plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Liaising with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure proper material and equipment delivery. - Monitoring and reporting on project progress, quality, and adherence to budgetary constraints. - Conducting site surveys and evaluations to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. - Coordinating and supervising site workers, ensuring their safety and compliance with regulations. In terms of installation & commissioning, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the installation of electrical and mechanical systems with a focus on quality control. - Assisting in the commissioning of systems to ensure proper functionality. - Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and validation of systems. - Ensuring all work adheres to electrical and mechanical standards and regulations. For maintenance activities, your duties will include: - Implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical and mechanical systems. - Performing corrective maintenance to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime. - Managing equipment inventory and maintenance records. - Providing technical support and recommendations for system upkeep and improvement. Safety and compliance are paramount, and you will need to: - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. - Conduct safety training for site personnel. - Participate in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and external regulations. Your role also involves reporting, documentation, coordination, and communication with stakeholders. It requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in project site execution and maintenance, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, familiarity with relevant codes and regulations, project planning skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, leadership qualities, and commitment to safety practices. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications, experience with AutoCAD and project management tools, and knowledge of building management and SCADA systems. Physical requirements include the ability to work in a construction site environment and outdoors. Your skills should include proficiency in Autocad, troubleshooting, project planning, scheduling, mechanical systems, resource allocation, and electrical systems.
