We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor who brings both technical expertise and leadership capability to guide survey projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to mentor teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include:

• • Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery

• • Technical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations

• • Team Development: Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback

• • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives

• • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations

• • Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance

• This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.

• What You Bring

• • Licensed Land Surveyor (required)

• • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)

• • At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight

• • Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying

• • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively

• • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
