LoanIQ Business Analyst (LoanIQ product experience )_ Exp 5+ years

We are seeking a Loan IQ Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in commercial lending and hands-on experience with Finastra Loan IQ. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to support requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation across the loan lifecycle. Bachelor's degree with good experience in Commercial Lending/Syndicated lending domain. Loan IQ and Commercial Lending experience Demonstrated experience with implementations of commercial lending applications such as Loan IQ, etc. Support data mapping, migration, and reconciliation activities Assist in production support , issue triage, and root cause analysis Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows Demonstrated knowledge of the Agency Syndications & Loan Trading business in a front office, Operations, or Business Systems Consulting role. Sound knowledge and background of Syndication Loan Origination and Servicing activities Experience working in Agile methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases. Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA. Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective meetings. knowledge of the Loan IQ and demonstrated Loan IQ (vendor) data model knowledge and application experience. SQL skills. Demonstrated thought leadership and have experience engaging with senior leaders and managers.
