About the role
Role Summary
Seeking a Product Manager with experience in Commercial Banking and Lending products who can work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to define, build, and enhance digital lending solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial lending processes and a basic understanding of AI-driven banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
● Gather and document business requirements.
● Create user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
● Work closely with engineering, UX, QA, and business teams.
● Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
● Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
● Track product performance and customer feedback.
Commercial Lending Domain
Good understanding of:
● Business Loans
● Working Capital Finance
● Cash Credit (CC)
● Overdraft (OD)
● Trade Finance
● SME/MSME Lending
● Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
● Credit Assessment Processes
● Loan Disbursement and Servicing
Stakeholder Management
● Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Teams, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
● Translate business needs into functional requirements.
● Support UAT and production rollout activities.
AI & Digital Banking Exposure
● Generative AI
● Machine Learning concepts
● AI-powered document processing
● Chatbots and Virtual Assistants
● Lending automation use cases
Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
