About the role
Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of industrial intelligence at Augury. As a senior product leader, you will be responsible for defining and scaling foundational capabilities that power the next generation of AI products. Working at the intersection of Industrial AI, machine health, IoT, cloud infrastructure, and operational workflows, you will partner with various teams to translate ambitious ideas into scalable products that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. Your contributions will influence company strategy, shape platform direction, and enable Augury's vision for an agentic workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Define Augury's integration and ecosystem strategy across enterprise, cloud, and operational technology systems - Establish and scale certified technology partner programs - Drive product requirements across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and operational technologies - Create frictionless customer experiences that accelerate deployment and time-to-value - Ensure the data foundation enables every AI-powered experience Augury delivers - Define the roadmap for multi-cloud deployment, Kubernetes portability, and platform scalability - Establish shared infrastructure for safe, reliable, and scalable AI systems - Drive standards and best practices for agentic workflows, orchestration, observability, governance, and operational excellence - Define capabilities required to support AI-native products and workflows - Ensure data quality, readiness, and coverage across customer environments - Identify and remove platform barriers that limit AI adoption and product success - Define packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies for platform capabilities - Partner with GTM, Finance, and Operations to create scalable commercial offerings - Build long-term partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem participants Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of Product Management, Product Leadership, or equivalent experience - 6+ years operating in senior product leadership roles within global technology organizations - Proven success leading highly complex products from strategy through launch and measurable business impact - Deep experience with enterprise platforms, data products, integrations, APIs, infrastructure products, or platform ecosystems - Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and platform strategy - Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, AI, IoT, or data-driven products - Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, Operations, and Customer Success - MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus Additional Company Details: Augury is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel encouraged to share their unique perspectives, leverage their strengths, and act authentically.
